What is included in my rent?

Your rent includes all utilities. All apartments come fully furnished with couches, wall-mounted TVs, beds, desks, storage/hanging options, and a kitchen table/chairs.

Can I tour the property before signing a lease?

Absolutely! We offer in-person tours all business days and virtual tours anytime on our Instagram account. Book a tour by giving us a call/text/email. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a leasing agent is available to answer all your questions. We look forward to meeting you!

Is parking available and how much does it cost?

Yes, we pride ourselves in striving to ensure our residents have a parking spot at this complex or sister properties. Parking passes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and we send out a form about 3-6 weeks before the start of a semester where you can sign up for parking. Please refer to your contract for current costs.

No, sorry, no pets are allowed as we are a BYU-Idaho Approved Housing Complex.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Submit requests through our resident portal 24/7. Urgent requests (no heat, water leak, fire, gas problems) are addressed ASAP through emergency services and our emergency maintenance contact. We aim to complete standard requests within 24 business hours. Our maintenance team is one of the best around! We look forward to serving you!

A large kitchen, spacious bedrooms and vanity area make Sunset Hall a wonderful place to live at BYU-Idaho. The home-like environment is comfortable, clean, and less than a block from campus.
